Really this post should have been written two nights ago, because two nights ago was when the magic really started to become real. That's right, I now officially have a one way ticket to Disney World.

Well, this time in six months I think I will either be in the states or en route. This is pretty exciting, to say the least and yet at the moment I'm just like uuuuuuuuuuugh. Also, cupcakes!

Ahhh, the hard work has begun. From what I've been reading, been told and found out in terms of flights and what not I'm looking at having to save AT LEAST $4000 between here and the end of the year... and I have a sneaking suspicion that might be Australian dollars.

But I know exactly where I'm going, getting closer and closer every day

Well its officially 200 days to go and I've officially sat the last accounting paper that I will until 2013 and my last exam for Accounting in two years, thanks to Disney. Its weird to think how BIG this whole thing is.

I don't really have much else to say, I just wanted to acknowledge the first time milestone I've reached in this big crazy adventure. I'm more grateful every day for this opportunity as I learn more about what I'll be doing and chatting to some of the people I'll meet.

I'm pretty tired right now so I'll keep it short and sweet. I know not many people are reading yet (I haven't properly shared this because I want to make the biggest impact when everyone turns facebook back on after exams) but thanks if you are. You too mum :P

Well, it was about four weeks ago when I was walking through the University of Auckland engineering building when I saw a rather large sign up in the entrance advertising the information evening for the Walt Disney World International Program the following Tuesday. A meeting that I went to, then interviewed for the following day.
